Five Generations - Our History

Our history begins in 1876 when Francesco Nasi (pictured) left Piedmont, Italy looking for a better life. He was only 16 years old when he arrived in Santa Fe, Argentina. Francesco bought a plot of land in Las Pampas, the same plot we work on today, and began farming. He brought with him from Europe new production techniques that, in a country booming with immigration, allowed him to capitalize.

In the early 1900s, Francesco’s son, Domingo (pictured, right), ventured into beef production, becoming one of the first cattle ranchers in the area, and one of the most prominent. He became known for his ability to not only produce his own lot, but to service those of his neighbors who lacked knowledge in beef production.

In 1936, Isidro Nasi (pictured), Francesco’s grandson and Domingo’s son, expanded the business by opening a dairy farm. Diversifying the farm allowed the Nasi family to continue their success and resilience in the area.

In 1965, Eva Nasi, Isidro’s daughter (pictured, right), and her husband Rodolfo Bianchi began working with Isidro to operate the farm and also expanded by opening a sausage and cured meat factory.

Five generations later, Pablo, Eva and Rodolfo’s son, continues the family tradition, now with the ambitious task of sharing the family’s legacy with the world.

As a result of our commitment to our family legacy and together with the benefits of the land, we bring the best of our family to your table. Therefore, we invite you to get to know our family through our products.
