Our integration with livestock farming stands as a strategic ally for the conservation and enhancement of the soil. Leveraging the use of natural grasslands or implanted perennial pastures emerges as the most efficient and ecological method for producing a greater quantity of grass and higher quality beef. This approach balances the animals' diet through indigenous plants and seeds, safeguarding biodiversity.

Our profound commitment to customer satisfaction extends to offering feedlot nutrition based on grains, silages, and hays, also produced by us, during the final phase.


Our Work

With our skilled team and the knowledge passed down through five generations in the field, we have developed a branded liquid production. Here, we meticulously select the suitable breeders for our esteemed dams, enhancing our genetics year after year. Such stringent control and monitoring of our herd afford us traceability for each animal, underscoring our adherence to animal welfare and health best practices.


Breeds

 

For decades, we have embraced the production of British breeds such as Black and Red Angus, as well as Hereford, which excellently adapt to our Pampas.

The culmination of all our effort and dedication is premium quality beef with exceptional palatability, attributed to the marbling from our pasture feeding. Our business keys are great tenderness, uniformity in our cuts, correct volumes, and timely delivery, enabling us to conduct sustainable business and build friendships with our clients.


Medium-Term Goals

 

Our commitment to the environment is a continuing pledge to protect our biodiversity through the use of pastures free from agrochemicals and pesticides.

We will keep reforesting our fields with various native species.

In the medium term, our goal is to neutralize our Carbon Footprint.


Presentation of the cuts

 

The cuts, made by processing plants holding all required certifications and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, are attentively presented. From each carcass, 23 boneless cuts are produced, vacuum-sealed, and can be cooled or frozen, as per the customer's preference.
